We are passionate about animal advocacy.  Because of this, we do not use intentionally bred puppies.  We instead prefer to use puppies that are housed in foster homes with local adoption agencies in the Upstate region of South Carolina.  The puppies we bring to events are all foster puppies born to moms that were brought to high kill animal shelters while pregnant.  The mothers are diverted out of the animal shelters and placed with foster families until they give birth in a safe and comfortable location with trained human caretakers.  The puppies are then raised to the age of between 8 to 12 weeks with their mothers before they are adopted out to qualified homes after being fully vetted.  We bring these puppies to your events in coordination with the sponsoring adoption agencies because it benefits the puppies too.  Just as humans benefit from puppy interaction, puppies benefit from human interaction too.  They get well socialized and learn to interact safely with humans.  This makes them much better companion animals and reduces the chance of the puppies having emotional or personality problems once they are grown.
